For each Phase of the Clean Up (every 4 days) you will be asked to reduce your calorie intake. Rather than aiming for a specific number, I’d like you to be hitting between a range. This is far more achievable.
To calculate your Daily Calorie Target Range (DCTR) for each Phase I have created a spreadsheet that will calculate it for you. All you need to provide are the following:
- Age
- Gender
- Height
- Weight
- Activity Level
